The Application may include features for purchasing virtual products or services ("In-app Purchases"). These In-app Purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the application store (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store) from which you downloaded the Application. You acknowledge and agree that all billing and transaction processes are handled by the application store and governed by their terms and conditions.
When you create an account with Us ("Account"), you must provide Us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account and password, including but not limited to any activity that occurs under your Account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify Us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your Account.
Our Service allows You to post content ("Content"). You are responsible for the Content that You post to the Service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. The Company has a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use such Feedback without restriction.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever. Our liability, and the liability of our suppliers and licensors, in any case is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the Service or USD $100.00. Some states do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages, which means that some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
